Responsibilities

• Address and clarify customer inquiries regarding reservation details, service features, and payment processing

Requirements

• Native or bilingual proficiency in Icelandic (C2 level)
• Advanced level of English
• Comfortable utilizing digital workspaces, specifically Office 365 and CRM databases
• Prior experience in customer service or contact center environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a goal-oriented mindset
