- Address and clarify customer inquiries regarding reservation details, service features, and payment processing
- Deliver accurate, helpful, and timely information through phone and email channels

Requirements
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Icelandic (C2 level)
- Advanced level of English
- Comfortable utilizing digital workspaces, specifically Office 365 and CRM databases
- Prior experience in customer service or contact center environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a goal-oriented mindset
