  • Job purpose

    • To drive the growth and competitiveness of the continence care portfolio in Korea by developing and executing aligned marketing strategies, enhancing product positioning and lifecycle management, and delivering impactful initiatives that improve standard of care, enable product adoption, and strengthen overall commercial effectiveness.

  • Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • Leads marketing strategy for the continence care portfolio in Korea, identifying patient needs, user insights, and key market dynamics.

  • Develops and executes integrated marketing plans, including multi-channel promotional activities (digital, offline, HCP and patient engagement).

  • Drives product positioning and adoption through effective patient communication and campaign execution.
