我们正在为一所潍坊的学校招聘初中语文老师，到岗时间为2026年8月。

岗位职责：

1.负责初中语文常规教学，依据 IB MYP 课程理念与国家课程标准，设计并实施教学计划，提升学生的语文核心素养。

2.承担国学特色课程教学，开发并实施校本国学课程，如经典诵读、传统文化赏析等，传承中华优秀传统文化。

3.组织语文及国学相关的校园活动，如经典诵读比赛、诗词创作、传统文化节等，营造浓厚的人文学习氛围。

4.参与学科教研活动，与中外教团队协作，开发教学资源、评估工具，持续优化教学方法与课程内容。

5.定期与学生、家长沟通学习进展，提供个性化学习建议，配合班主任做好家校共育工作。

We are currently recruiting a junior high school Chinese teacher for a school in Weifang. The expected start date is August 2026.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the regular teaching of junior high school Chinese. Based on the IB MYP curriculum concept and national curriculum standards, design and implement teaching plans to enhance students' core literacy in Chinese.

2. Undertake the teaching of traditional Chinese culture courses, develop and implement local traditional Chinese culture courses such as classical recitation and traditional culture appreciation, and inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture.
