Ibp Manager and Business Intelligence Analyst

**1.**
**Primary Objective of Position**
- Clearly translate business requirements, relationships between data, and benefits and limitations of database technologies applied in external partners' agreements (MOs/distributors and ADC data interfaces, new digital process's introduction, traceability requirements etc.)
- Provide analytical support to Marketing, Sales, Commercial by sourcing, creating, developing, and implementing data collection and management tools to enhance sales force effectiveness of the field force.
- Lead the affiliate's data company needs, structuring it in an appropriate format, analyzing the data using queries, and creating reports and visualizations for company decision-makers. Own all Power BI and data intelligence tools. Continuous improvement in front end (charts, visuals, metrics etc.) and back-end (mappings, databases etc.)
