IBP Demand Forecasting & Customer Service Lead

Haleon is building a world-class, consumer-focused supply chain and this Demand Forecasting & Customer Service Lead role sits at its heart. You will lead demand planning, customer service, and the IBP process to align commercial ambition with operational execution across the business.

You will partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Supply teams to shape insights, drive performance, and improve service levels, OTIF, and inventory management for a growing portfolio of leading brands.
