• Migration: Export projects, establish Decision Services, and maintain dependencies/mappings
  
• Fix: Resolve rule conflicts, BOM/XOM issues, and merge inconsistencies
  
• Validation: Perform unit and regression testing, including rule application validation
  
• Deployment: Publish and deploy services while retiring legacy implementations
  

Expected outcome:

• Scaled enablement of Mega Project Simulation across BEARS products
  
• Improved delivery consistency and reduced implementation variability
  
• Estimated 5% reduction on a 6-month timeline per trained resource
