Job Overview

Analyst in the M&A team within the Investment Banking Coverage & Advisory division.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating and assisting in the origination and execution of M&A, leveraged finance and ECM transactions with MENA clients.
• Supporting wider teams in the coverage effort of key MENA accounts.
• Conducting sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit analysis and financial modelling.
• Communicating with clients, other advisers and senior investment bankers throughout projects.

Skills and Experience

• Corporate finance experience, ideally in advisory and with knowledge of capital market products.
• Execution skills and understanding of complex deals and structuring capabilities in M&A, leveraged finance and ECM.
