IAM Architecture and Engineering Lead (Sailpoint)

We are looking for a hands-on Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineering Lead to design, develop and implement enterprise-scale identity solutions. The role will focus on building and delivering integrations, automation, and new capabilities across SailPoint IdentityIQ, CyberArk PAM, and Ping Identity. Responsibilities: Build, configure and enhance IAM solutions leveraging SailPoint, CyberArk, and Ping Identity. Develop custom connectors, workflows, and APIs for provisioning, certification, and policy enforcement. Engineer secure integrations with cloud platforms (Azure AD, AWS, GCP) and on-premise systems. Create automation scripts and tools to streamline IAM processes and deployments. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and reusable components for IAM services.
