Key Responsibilities:

Lead end to end implementation and rollout of Shopify across multiple countries ensuring local legal and brand requirements are met.
Act as primary onshore point of contact between business franchise/JV partners offshore/onshore delivery teams and technology vendors.
Own and prioritize the implementation roadmap backlog and release plan for assigned markets.
Ensure consistency of global templates while allowing for local market/customization needs (catalog pricing promotions payment shipping loyalty tax).
Oversee integrations with OMS ERP CRM POS payment gateways and 3PL/logistics partners.
Support franchise/JV partners on store setup configuration and operational readiness (training playbooks SOPs).
Manage risks issues and dependencies; provide clear status reporting to senior stakeholders across countries.
