This role will be part of the Global Services Finance team in the Invoice to Cash process area. The ITC Collections & Dispute Management Team Lead is responsible for managing and overseeing end‑to‑end service delivery in the Invoice to Cash Collection and dispute function for specific business MRCs and markets.
