I2C Collections & Dispute Lead: Strategic Cash Flow

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is looking for a Collections & Dispute Management Team Lead located in Bogotá, Colombia. This role will oversee the Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) process ensuring operational excellence and effective team performance.

You will lead a team of specialists, establish strong partner collaborations, and implement strategic improvements to drive efficiency and cash flow. A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required, along with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
