Hydraulic Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, disassembly, repair, overhaul, assembly, and testing of aircraft hydraulic components and systems.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic malfunctions and determine corrective actions.
• Read and interpret Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM), Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM), Service Bulletins (SB), Engineering Orders (EO) and technical drawings.
• Operate hydraulic test benches, pressure systems, and specialized aerospace tooling.
• Conduct dimensional inspections and functional testing of hydraulic units.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), EASA Part-145 standards, FAA standards where applicable, and company quality and safety procedures.
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately.
