Job Description

• Conduct pre-inspection for sold equipment
• Commission new plant equipment under supervision of senior mechanic or service engineer if required.
• Perform semi-skills (or skilled for experienced mechanic) service and repair for equipment.
• Repair and overhaul systems like diesel engines, automatic transmissions, pneumatic equipment, hydraulic equipment depending on the division.
• Check and measure parts or reusability.
• Inspect, check and determine the nature of repair and examine parts to detect imperfections using measuring instruments as required.
• Use and refer to service and operating manual while carrying out assignments.

Requirements

• Technical School graduate or equivalent experience
