Duties and Responsibilities (PHRN)
- Reviewing patients' medical records, including doctors' notes and treatment histories.
- Monitor and evaluate patients' healthcare journey prior to hospital admissions to determine appropriate medical
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure that any problems and inconsistencies within the patients' medical records are properly addressed and resolved with appropriate procedures.
- Be able to complete assigned tasks on time and meet designated deadlines.
- Maintain and organize patient records
- Provide professional feedbacks and recommendations to enhance the overall quality of the medical documentation and the necessary services provided.
