Hybrid LATAM Customer Success & O2C Specialist

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. The role is based in Tlalnepantla, Mexico (hybrid role).

As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage the full Order-to-Cash cycle in SAP, serve as the primary contact for LATAM customers, and coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production, Quality, Logistics and Finance to ensure on-time delivery. You will also analyze demand, update forecasts, and maintain pricing and master data.
