Hybrid Internal Operations Specialist

Ayhan Emilianof Basketball Academy is seeking an Internal Operations professional to strengthen our back‑office infrastructure in Switzerland. You will support department leaders, manage communications, and optimize workflows across our multinational organization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and proven admin/ops experience, with strong English and German communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and project management tools.
