Hybrid Fintech Customer Success Associate (Latin America)

dLocal is seeking a Customer Success Associate (Fintech) based in the Americas to assist customers with operational challenges in a global payment platform. You will focus on clear communication, swift resolution of issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction while handling support tickets.

You will work hybrid from Buenos Aires, Montevideo, or Sao Paulo, collaborating with internal teams, documenting outcomes, and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
