Hybrid Enterprise Risk Leader – 12-Month Parental Leave Cover

NZ Post is recruiting a Head of Risk to lead the enterprise‑wide second line risk function from Auckland or Wellington with hybrid working. You will build risk maturity, provide independent oversight and insights, and support senior leaders and the Board Risk Committee with clear risk reporting.

You will manage a team of four, collaborate with stakeholders, and shape governance across enterprise risk, compliance and policy to embed robust risk practices throughout the organisation.
