Hybrid Customer Solutions Agent - KPI Driven Call Centre

Pertemps Glasgow Perms is seeking a Customer Solutions Agent located in Kilmarnock. This hybrid role includes 3 days in the office and 2 days of remote work after a trial period. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and be driven to meet set KPIs.

Benefits include a salary of £26,000, up to £500 monthly bonus, 28 days holiday increasing to 31, and a pension scheme. The start date is on 13th of July 2026.
