Hybrid Building Automation Branch Manager

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations for a commercial Building Automation Systems (BAS) division supporting major clients across Dallas and its surrounding areas. This individual will take ownership of all active projects, balancing hands-on project oversight with estimating, financial management, and customer relationship development. The ideal candidate brings deep BAS experience, understands low-voltage system installations, and has grown from the field into leadership. Oversee all BAS projects within the branch (New branch looking to gain and build new projects)
Manage projects ranging from $1,500 to $300K (up to ~$2M total workload)
