dsm-firmenich is seeking a Customer Experience Lead Specialist based in Barcelona to own customer care for strategic accounts. You will manage Order-to-Cash processes, coordinate with sales, logistics, and planning, and build strong relationships with customers and internal partners to ensure exceptional service levels.
The role requires 3-5 years of related experience, fluency in English, and strong planning and communication skills. French/Italian are optional; SAP knowledge is a plus.
