HWIL Integration & Test Engineer, Staff - Dallas, TX

**Description:** The HWIL Electrical Design & Integration Engineer (E4) provides senior level technical leadership for the end to end electrical architecture, integration, and verification of real time, closed loop Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) capabilities. With 5 + years of relevant experience, the incumbent operates with technical authority, defines strategy, and influences program wide decisions while representing Lockheed Martin to senior government and industry stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
• Technical Architecture & Strategy - Define and evolve the electrical architecture for HWIL test beds, establishing standards for cable harnesses, PCBs, high speed signaling, and RF target generation simulators.
• Lead the integration of next generation real time closed loop simulation models
• Program Leadership - Serve as a lead HWIL electrical engineer coordinating with cross functional teams (Systems, Software, Mechanical, Integration & Test).
