HW maintenance Team Leader

We are looking for a Reliability Engineer / Technical Team Leader who actively contributes to ensuring the reliable operation of our laboratory equipment and machinery, while also supporting the daily coordination of a small technical team of 4 people.

The role has a dual focus:

60–70% active technical and project-related work, including maintenance planning, troubleshooting, documentation, spare parts management and improvement projects;

and 30–40% team leader responsibilities, such as task coordination, capacity planning, technical support for the team, information flow and process improvement initiatives.

An important part of this role is an independent, ownership-driven mindset. We are looking for someone who does not only execute daily operational tasks, but also actively contributes ideas, identifies improvement opportunities and helps shape the future development of the area....
