HVAC Training Lab Assistant

Join our HVAC team at Lincoln Tech in East Windsor, CT supporting the next generation of HVAC professionals. This role combines your technical expertise with the opportunity to mentor students in a dynamic lab environment. Maintains lab equipment, tools, and supplies while providing technical support and safety oversight during HVAC laboratory sessions. Works directly with faculty to ensure students receive hands-on training with properly functioning equipment and systems.

Responsibilities for an HVAC Program Lab Assistant:


+ Assist faculty in setting up laboratory systems, equipment and trainers for student hands-on assignments
