Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings (BAH) is looking for a HVAC Technician III to support Facilities Operations & Maintenance (O&M) our government customer located in NORCO, Califonia.
The candidate is responsible for providing support for the daily maintenance operations of HVAC requirements supporting all systems and government property.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Perform daily operational checks of all HVAC specialty systems and equipment in the entire building.
+ Respond to all HVAC equipment and systems related to troubles and alarms.
+ Completes all preventative and corrective maintenance related work orders in a timely manner.
