- Install, maintain, and repair diverse HVAC systems (AC, heating, ventilation).
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues.
- Propose solutions for equipment problems.
- Conduct regular system inspections.
- Manage parts inventory and ordering.
- Maintain accurate service records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 10:00 PM

Spherion Gainesville, FL has a local client seeking experienced HVAC Technicians (5+ years, EPA Certified, A/C License).
Position: Direct Hire opportunity for permanent placement, Full Time
Location: Gainesville, Florida
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 10:00 pm
On-Call Rotation: Friday (after 5:00 pm) & Saturday (one day/week until 10:00 pm, one weekend/month with backup) ...
