Position Overview
The Service Supervisor provides hands‑on, field‑based leadership to strengthen how service work is executed across Welldone's operations. This role exists to raise the bar on technical ability, execution of high‑quality service and repair work, and customer‑facing professionalism in the field.
Leadership in this position is demonstrated through technical support, consistent job site presence, and setting other techs up for success. Quality Control (QC) is the lens through which all work is viewed – used to reduce callbacks, improve preventive maintenance execution, and continuously improve technician performance, professionalism and the Welldone customers' experience.
