HVAC Service Modernization General Manager

Role Responsibilities

This position manages a large team of experienced professionals and team leaders in New Equipment Modernization. Develops and implements short to mid-term site‑specific safety strategy. Presents critical information to senior management. This role is the subject‑matter expert in installing/building systems.

Project Oversight

• Installation of new equipment in new construction projects
• Upgrades or replacement of obsolete equipment for existing accounts
• Delivery of upgrades to existing customer‑owned equipment

Provides retrofitting and modernization solutions to contractors and building owners. Prepares accurate and timely project financial and status reports, which accurately forecast project revenue and are reconciled and updated monthly.
