Role Responsibilities
- Coordinates, prioritizes and resolves issues encountered by an experienced team.
- Optimizes the usage of manpower, standard time, equipment and energy of more experienced team.
- Escalates critical/complex issues that will impact the business.
- Manages more experienced team according to established programs and objectives.
- Responds to key customer complaints and carries out customer satisfaction investigations to ensure establishment of appropriate improvement plans.
- Execution of service agreements and service repair.
- Solid experience of people management duties such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.
- Specialized knowledge of M&E technical or operational practices.
- University degree in M&E Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience.
