The HVAC Rough Installer plays a critical role in the installation of HVAC systems on residential projects. Working primarily within small teams, this position requires strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to physically manage demanding tasks. The installer is responsible for ensuring safety compliance on site and collaborates directly with the Operations Manager to meet project goals while frequently traveling between job sites.
