Coordination of the HVAC commercial projects.
Essential Functions of Project Coordinator:
- Assist with document control for projects as required for management team
- Assist in establishing job close-out schedules and implement specific procedures for close-out including submittals of as-builds, O&M manuals and Owner's training
- Coordinate jobsite office requirements, as well as removal and storage
- Review for compliance with contract documents
