HVAC Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement product engineering initiatives efficiently, in accordance with corporate policies, procedures, and specifications.
• Collaborate with global design centers to ensure new product launches and current product enhancements are integrated into specifications and procedures.
• Work with all plant departments to identify root causes and provide solutions for problems related to design, quality, suppliers, products, and processes.
• Ensure released information for manufacture aligns with global design standards and complies with industry requirements (AHRI, ASME, PED, ETL & UL).
• Lead new product introductions on the product engineering side.
• Account for the effective implementation of engineering changes and maintain the reliability, update, and maintenance of master data, bills of materials, and engineering drawings.
