- Install mini splits, heat pumps, and package units
- Work with an organized crew and clear scopes
- Help keep jobs clean, safe, and on schedule
- Strong HVAC install experience
- Reliable, professional, and safety-minded
- Basic tools + transportation
- EPA cert a plus (not required for all work)
