My client is a top notch HVAC and Mechanical Commercial Contractor. They are actively seeking an HVAC Mechanical Project Manager!
Principle Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Build and maintain relationships with customers, peers, supervisors, administrative staff, field craft workers, field supervision, vendors, and subcontractors based on respect, trust, and integrity.To review and analyze project estimates and preliminary contract budgets prepared by Estimating estimateReview contracts and help resolve conflicts at the appropriate level.Develop understanding of HVAC plans, specifications, and scheduling. In addition, work with PM to complete the project on time and within budget.Continuous review of project progress; ability to anticipate and recognize trouble spots and alert, when necessary, ...
