**Job Summary and Qualifications**
**JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES:**
+ **Area of concentration it the HVAC trade. Operate, maintain, trouble-shoot and repair central chiller plant equipment, as well as peripheral air handling units, including electronic and electrical/pneumatic controls associated with computerized energy management system.**
+ **Maintain and repair refrigeration equipment, including walk-in coolers/freezer, ice machines, refrigeration units, and all associated controls.**
+ **Performs general maintenance and construction functions as directed by supervisor.**
+ **Performs preventative maintenance on all equipment in accordance with operator’s manual.**
