HVAC Journeymen - New Construction

We are seeking skilled and reliable HVAC Journeymen to join our new construction team in the San Jose, CA area! This role focuses on the installation, layout, and commissioning of HVAC systems for commercial new-build projects. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, can read and interpret plans, works efficiently on job sites, and takes pride in high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in new construction projects according to plans, specifications, and local codes
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings
• Install ductwork, piping, condensers, air handlers, furnaces, and related components
• Ensure proper system layout, airflow, and equipment placement
• Coordinate with general contractors, supervisors, and other trades on-site
