We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Install Assistant to join our growing team. As an HVAC Installer Assistant, you will work alongside experienced HVAC technicians to assist with the installation of residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will receive hands-on training while developing the technical skills necessary to become a skilled HVAC professional.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of HVAC systems including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless mini-splits, and related equipment
- Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
- Learn to read specifications and installation instructions
