About This Role
This position is for a facility Staff Field Technician who will be under moderate supervision. Performs moderately complex on-site preventative maintenance and routine repairs on HVAC equipment and control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Works under moderate supervision to perform on-site field service directly to customers regarding installing, updating, operating, maintaining, repairing and removing of equipment to meet customer requirements.Installs, tests, services and repairs HVAC and controls system equipment to conform with facility operating specifications and customer requirements.Performs preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibrations.Inspects equipment on a regular basis to ensure proper functioning and provides moderately complex repair services as needed.Analyzes test readings, trends, and trouble reports to determine equipment repair needs.Monitors security stock level, t...
