HVAC Engineer

Role:HVAC Engineer Responsibilities: - To inspect, repair, service, maintain & install equipment & services under Paragons remit. - To provide extremely good customer services. - Work well with colleagues and other trades alike. - To follow standard operating procedures and work instructions as laid out by their line Manager. Requirements: - Business skills - Service engineers may be responsible for managing budgets, leading a team and liaising with suppliers - The capacity to understand a range of engineering functions and procedures - The ability to lead and motivate others - Team working skills to work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels - Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills Heating Systems, Plumbing Systems, Air Conditioning Systems. - The confidence to respond positively when under pressure - People management skills ?
