Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, pumps, and associated controls.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and lifecycle.
- Diagnose and resolve HVAC system faults, breakdowns, and performance issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor HVAC system performance and recommend improvements to enhance energy efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Review technical specifications, drawings, and engineering documents related to HVAC installations, upgrades, and retrofit projects.
- Conduct inspections and condition assessments of HVAC equipment and prepare technical reports with recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, health and safety requirements, and environmental guidelines.
