The Commissioning Technician will be responsible for Start Up of new HVAC Systems and Controls. This role is vital in the transfer of new construction projects to the property owners.

- Commissioning & startup of newly installed HVAC systems
- Correct deficiencies and ensure optimal performance of all equipment
- Measure and record operational data as necessary
- Monitor sound and comfort levels of occupants.
- Perform maintenance and repairs when needed
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults with HVAC equipment
- Communicate with clients to ensure work is completed to their satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Ability to use the required tools to complete the required task
- Follow all safety protocols
