My client is a top notch Mechanical Contractor who is actively seeking an HVAC Commercial Foreman on site for Commercial projects. Duties include:
Supervise and coordinate field activities of assigned craft workers. Enforce safety regulations. Read Toolbox Talks enthusiastically to all job site employees. Establish and monitor job requirements to determine field labor, materials, tools and equipment requirements.Training of new workers in use of equipment and tools.Conduct site specific safety orientation for employees/subcontractors.Interpret specifications, drawings and job orders as needed.Inspect completed systems to determine conformance to specifications.Interprets company policies to workers and Ensures compliance with company standards.Monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion of work.
