Human Resources System Administrator

About the Role

As our newest HR System Administrator (Night Shift), you will support and enhance our global HR technology platforms, primarily SAP SuccessFactors and Litmos LMS. This role partners closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure system reliability, data accuracy, and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle. This will be a hybrid role (after first three months), with 2 days per week of Work From Home.

Working Hours: 9.00 PM - 6.00 AM Philippines Time (Night Shift)

• Administer and support SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Onboarding, and future phases e.g. Compensation).
