HR Supervisor (Hospitality Industry)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Experience in the hospitality industry (hotel or resort) is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and HR best practices.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
