Summary This position is within the Office of Human Resources. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out position management, position classification, and recruitment and placement functions for the National Nuclear Security Administration. Responsibilities As a Human Resources Specialist, you will: Manage a position's lifecycle, from initial organizational design and classification to sourcing, assessing, hiring, and onboarding candidates for SES, SL, ST, Competitive Service, and Excepted Service positions.
