Job Information
As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to the HR department and business.
You will assist in various HR functions, including but not limited to Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, People Relations, Business Processes & Analytics, Internal Communication and Facility Management.
The Specialist will collaborate with HR team members to ensure accurate and efficient HR operations.
Role & Responsibility
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and questions.
Assist in administering HR programs, including compensation/benefits, talent acquisition, orientation & onboarding, training and performance management.
Maintain records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare reports as needed.
Keep up to date with employment laws/regulations, including necessary legal postings, to ensure compliance.
Assist in the creation of purchase orders and receiving of invoices as needed.
