We are recruiting a full-time HR Specialist to take charge of local human resources full-cycle management, daily admin affairs and supporting business coordination work. This role will ensure standardized, compliant local operation and deliver stable talent support & efficient office administration.

Responsibilities

1. Talent Recruitment & Staffing

• Develop diversified local & overseas recruitment channels.
• Execute full recruitment processes including interview arrangement, candidate evaluation and salary negotiation.
• Ensure sufficient and high-quality talent supply to meet company manpower demands.

2. Local HR Compliance & Employee Lifecycle Management

• Manage employment contract signing, filing and update.
