Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Specialist to support regional HR operations across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end HR , Deel or other EOR platforms , a strong understanding of SEA employment laws , and thrives in a fast‑paced environment while taking ownership to deliver efficient, compliant, and people‑focused HR solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, and probation.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Handle employee relations, investigations, disciplinary matters, and engagement initiatives.
• Performance Management & Learning: Coordinate performance reviews, probation, IDPs, and training programs.
• Compensation, Benefits & Compliance: Support payroll, benefits, EOR operations, compensation, and ensure HR policy and labour law compliance.
