The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Disability Program Manager (DPM) and perform data analytics to develop comprehensive analysis of DPM efforts to include workforce composition, outreach recruiting, employment, internal advancement, performance, employee development, discipline, and awards/recognition and appraisals. Responsibilities SERVES AS INSTALLATION DISABILITY PROGRAM MANAGER. Develops and implements special program initiatives that will enhance the employment of individuals with disabilities. PERFORMS DATA ANALYTIC RESPONSIBILITIES. Functions in accordance with Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Management Directive-715 Equal Employment Opportunity Program.
