As a/an Human Resources Specialist (Compensation & Benefits), you will be you will be providing leadership in developing, directing, and evaluating DO human resources policies and programs. Responsibilities As a Human Resources Specialist (Compensation & Benefits), you will: Provide leadership and technical expertise in the development, update, and administration of Treasury's compensation and employee benefits programs. Provide expert advice to senior management on pay setting, pay determination, and benefits management, and conducts policy and project development studies.
